The dough is made at Bella from flour ordered from Italy, the gregarious owner told me. All the ingredients in the pizza, including the many available toppings are fresh, he added. And that was evident in the remarkable vegetarian pizza I had as well as in the spinach salad that included pecans, calamata olives, and some kind of very tiny fruit that might be widely grown in the Middle East. The pizza crust is lightly charred, just here and there, by the large, round pizza oven, the likes of which I'd never seen. It's not the typical boxy stainless steel setup. More like a work of art. I highly recommend Bella, which offers many other items beyond pizza. ”
